Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unopened/unused paint and sundries.

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

NOTE: All Custom work, tables and made to order items are non-refundable. Please make sure the dimensions meet your requirements before you place your order. We will work with you on color, but reclaimed wood has lots of variations and may not look exactly like the stain/paint samples.

Returns and exchange details:

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us.  At our discretion we may refund the purchase price minus the original shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged. Requests for returns/refunds must be within 7 days of receipt of the item. Refunds are issued only after an item is received and inspected.
